  • Can I dive if I have no experience or certification?
    Yes, you can dive even if you have no experience or certification! There are options specifically designed for beginners, like Discover Scuba Diving programs. In these, you'll get a safe introduction to diving under the direct supervision of a professional instructor. You don't need any prior knowledge, and after a short theory session and some practice in a pool or shallow water, you'll be able to enjoy your first dive. This option lets you explore the underwater world and see if you’d like to pursue certification in the future.
  • Can I bring a companion on the boat who will only snorkel?
    Yes, you can bring a companion on the boat who only wants to snorkel. Most dive trips allow non-divers to join and enjoy snorkeling while others are diving. This is a great way to share the experience with someone who may not want to dive but still wants to explore the underwater world from the surface. Just make sure to check with the dive center beforehand to confirm availability and any additional costs.
  • Which company is better for certification?
    The best certification agency depends on your personal preferences and diving goals. Each agency offers unique advantages, but rather than focusing on the differences, it’s better to find the right fit for you. Get in touch with us, and we’ll discuss your needs and preferences to recommend the ideal program that aligns with your learning style and future diving plans. This way, we can ensure you get the best experience tailored to your goals.
  • What does it mean when the port is closed?
    When the Maritime Authority of Cozumel determines that conditions are unsafe, they close the port. This could mean that all boating and water activities around the island are prohibited, or it may only apply to certain areas. If you’ve booked your dives and the port is closed, we won’t be able to go out. Your diving day will be rescheduled whenever possible. If rescheduling is not an option, we’ll refund the full amount of your reservation, excluding any bank fees and online training fees.
  • Is transportation included in the price?
    Yes, our prices include transportation from your accommodation to the marina, provided your accommodation is within the urban area. If you’re staying in the southern or northern parts of the island, we can arrange transportation as well, but please note that there will be an additional charge for this service.
  • Can I leave my diving equipment in storage?
    Yes, you can! We’ll take care of cleaning and maintaining your equipment so it's ready for your next dive. Enjoy your vacation without worrying about your gear!
  • What’s the price for diving?
    Prices vary depending on whether you're a certified diver or not, if you need equipment, and the type of gas you want to dive with.   • What’s included?
    All our dives include full equipment (if necessary), boat dive, instructor/guide, transportation (downtown area), snacks, towels, ponchos and personal attention. Do you want me to send you all the details?
  • Where are you located?
    For your convenience, we will come to your hotel or accommodation, or directly to the marina from where the boat departs. Everything is organized in advance online for your comfort.
